The Hybrid

    I built a lot of objects and what I thought is just developing the ideas and creativity. This project mixes my and Belle's ideas.

Hybrid Design

Belle Ward
    In order to mash-up our objects, we decided to utilize separate elements from each concept and combine them in order to create a brand new object that represents both of the originals. We chose to use the overall shape and silhouette from object #1, while also bringing in the organic curves and smooth planes from object #2. We chose to move further with this concept because we felt that it had the strongest combination of elements from each object, and was the most appealing form from our mash-up concepts.

Mesh Mashup        This project took me a lot of time, first I looked for the reference online and it was hard for me to combine so much ideas to specific ten designs, most of time I just kept browsing the models but can't came up the idea to combine them together. In contrast, the addition of special effects did not cost me too much time. Papercraft Object       It didn't take me too much time to determine what I'm going to do for this project, I tried to restore 1:1 to the original design. Papercraft Objects

Final Version     I have edited the size of my object, and I also connected its main part since I found that if I assemble one piece at a time like my last version, it might cause that the main parts to be nonparallel from each other. What is more is that I also add some buttons which are used to be the decoration of the object.   This is the picture that I choose to be the screen of my object, it was taken from my favorite game series.           Up to this image, I cut the parts of the object out, installed the "screen" and was adding the button on the object itself.     This was when I finished adding all buttons and made the object stand by itself.
